3/30

Day 3 of the 30 Day Sweat was checked off with Jillian Michael's: Yoga Meltdown. Level two has more ab work (aside from the concentric work done through all the poses) so I chose it today. Yoga is such a great mood lifter - especially for those mornings where I felt 'empty' before even climbing out of bed.

Today Mom and I are taking the boys to Indigo Book Store for a little playtime in the kids section, so I better shower and get ready for the adventure. Oh, and Sunday will be featuring a fabulous recipe which I created last night. Mmmm, seriously can't wait to share it with you!
