Intervals

I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

intervals are king,
 when it comes to cardio that is.

Today's workout recap:

Total time:45 minutes
Equipment: elliptical trainer
Warm up: 10 minutes
Followed by five set of the following: 10 burpees then 5 minute elliptical at a 7 RPE
Cool down: 5 minutes easy elliptical

I was going to incorporate some ab work at the end of the sessions, but a very sad cry over the monitor convinced me otherwise. Either way, it was a great workout, and day two of the 30 Challenge is complete!
